1.To enhance the capacities of reference authorities to address the negative effects of labour migration from Moldova on children and other vulnerable family members left behind

To identify the effects of migration specifically on the children and elderly left behind in Moldova and Georgia.
- To evaluate the possibilities To mitigate the negative effects of migration on children and elderly left behind and Find the best ways To enhance the positive effects of migration on dependents left behind.
- To analyse the spillover effects of children and elderly left behind on Moldovan and Georgian society and carry out policy-oriented research and provide the recommendations directly relevant To the needs of Moldovan and Georgian society
- To establish a one first-of- kind database on the effects of migration on children and elderly left behind.
