Objectives
1. Optimizing the labour market of the Republic of Moldova, promoting student and professional exchanges and improving the economic conditions for returning migrants

Indicators/Outcomes
Within the Action Plan on the RM-UE Mobility Partnership and the Cooperation Paltform no. 4 “People-to-people Contacts”, the Ministry of Education is collaborating with ETF in terms of:
1. Elaboration of the normative and legislative framework for the Validation of the Informal and Non-Formal Learning for returning migrants.
2. Establishment of a normative framework for the VET sector in line with the concept of Life Long Learning.
3. Elaboration of the National Qualification Framework for the VET sector.
4. Promotion of the interpreneurial education.
5. Recognition of informal and non-formal learning of the returning migrants.
