- readmissions

Comments
Participants from both sides had the opportunity to share their experiences and knowledge.
Workshop brought in possibility of direct cooperation between Slovak and Moldova border and immigration authorities, especially between operational units which fight illegal migration.
There was a vital discussion on legislative and practical approaches in the relevant areas.
Participants from Moldova made a study visit on the largest external Schengen type Border Crossing Point in Slovakia, where the presentations of actual border control and border surveillance measures had been made.
Moldova representatives expressed but only positive comments on the workshop added value. Exchange of information and best practices in the fight against irregular migration (the Moldovan partners were provided with the information on fight against the irregular migration, visa system and system of the residence permits, voluntary returns, readmissions and external borders protection, they visited the Schengen border between Slovakia and Ukraine).
