Objectives
C. Labour market matching. 1. Optimizing the labour market of the Republic of Moldova, promoting student and professional exchanges and improving the economic conditions for returning migrants

Indicators/Outcomes
For the scholar year 2009-2010 Romania has allocated for Moldovan citizens:
1. For pre-university studies:
• 750 scholarships for graduates of secondary education from Republic of Moldova - the promotion 2008-2009, from which 70 scholarships for citizens from the eastern districts of the R. of Moldova;
• 50 scholarships for the graduates of the VIIIth class in Romania in the promotion 2008 - 2009;
• 150 tax-free enrolments, without allowance, for the citizens of R. of Moldova who are willing to continue their studies in Romania and are not included into one of the above categories.
2.Higher education
• 300 scholarships for the high school graduates with baccalaureate diploma in Romania;
• 700 scholarships and 100 tax free enrolments without allowance for high school graduates with baccalaureate degree in Republic of Moldova, from which 70 scholarships for graduates of high schools teaching in Romanian in the eastern districts of R. of Moldova.
3. Master’s degree
About 81 places are expected to be filled by candidates from the Republic of Moldova with scholarships, and about 150 tax free enrolments without allowance.
4. Resident doctor
About 84 scholarships are expected to be filled by candidates from the Republic of Moldova.
5. Doctoral studies.
About 26 scholarships are expected to be filled by candidates from the Republic of Moldova, and about 12 tax free enrolments without allowance.
