Objectives
To enhance Moldova’s human capital through maximizing the positive impact of migration on the country’s socio-economic development,
To test circular migration schemes.
Objectives
1. Better informing Moldovan migration policy making and cooperation with EU for human capital maximization
2. Improving the small business and entrepreneurship culture among potential migrants
3. Containing the depletion of human and intellectual capital by promoting sustainable circular migration schemes (CIM)
4. Addressing brain drain via promoting skills retention and return
5. Enhancing Diaspora’s positive contribution to Moldova’s socio-economic development through strengthening its partnership with the Government

Indicators/Outcomes
The potential of and developing well-managed pilot circular migration schemes between selected EU MS and Moldova assessed.
Job intermediation mechanisms set up and tested in cooperation with private and public employment agencies from Moldova and EU, with the specific focus on skill matching.
Up to 100 migrants offered secure regular working opportunities.
Mobility of labour force enhanced;

Main activities
Provide support in setting up pilot circular/ seasonal migration schemes.
Concrete opportunities of temporary migration will be offered as a green channel of legal migration to medium- and highly-qualified Moldovan professionals in strict compliance with the labour market needs of destination countries.

Beneficiaries
Moldovan citizens and their families will be the first to benefit from the results of this project, as well as the relevant Moldovan institutions
